Beginning at around 18 months, identity becomes the dominant theme for them. Developing this sense of self has a lot to do with their desire and independence and control. Whether toddlers are still teetering with a wide-based gait, confidently getting around on two legs, or with assistance, they are busy "standing up for themselves." They use rapidly developing communication skills to indicate their desires and refuse what they do not want at the moment. General Information Hours of Operation 4C Christian Academy is open weekdays (Monday-Friday) 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. There is only a full-time enrollment option available at this point. Holidays and Other Closing Days 4C Christian Academy is closed on the following public Holidays each year: New Year’s Day Good Friday Easter Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Eve and Christmas Day The 4C Christian Academy is also closed on: Thanksgiving week (Mon-Fri) December 24 through January 1 (In the event December 23 lands on a Monday, the 4C Christian Academy will also be closed on December 23) One week in July for the teacher's professional development Two days for parent-teacher conferences, normally one day in October and one day in April Note: Please refer to the school calendar for more details.
